HOW TO BECOME A COMPETENT DRIVER?

A LEARNER PERMIT
A learner permit allows you to drive, with some restrictions, so you can get the practice you need to become a safe, competent driver before you take your test. You must only drive with an experienced driver in the car. That is, a driving instructor from Harus driving school. Always carry your learner permit while you’re driving.
